This is a link to help setup your car by the feedback the driver gives you.

Testing: Test session
Test sessions serve several things including:
Determine tire wear: In this case it is sufficient to do several stints of equal length with different tires, to see the difference in duration between different compounds
Determining fuel consumption: In this case you can also do a long stint of 50 laps with a full tank and see how much you consume on that particular circuit
Determine setup variation: in this case, given that the circuit is always the same, you can see how the setup is changed, unlike the temperature / humidity.
Increase the Rider's resistance: in this case you must try to take advantage of all 100 laps available, after the Test and After the Race the driver can gain up to 5-6 points of Resistance, it depends on how much he already has, the more high the less he earns, so it is suitable for those who have little.
Increase Auto Points: This is perhaps the most important and useful thing for those who are already in the higher categories. The auto points divided between Power, Driveability and Acceleration help to have a good auto level even with lower level parts. So, for example, you can have a Level 7 car even if you have all pieces of lvl 6, thanks to the car points. However, the Auto Points decrease as you compete and the more points you have the faster they go down. For example, if the Power has 15 points it is easy to lose 1 point per race in 3 races, reaching 12, while for example if the Driveability has 9 points after 3 races it drops by only 1 point.
Below is a table of Test Points that can be earned with a stint of 5 laps, obviously if instead of doing 5 laps you set 20, just multiply by 4 (20/5 = 4) and you will get the value for your stint.
The values are approximate and depend on the car and driver level, as well as on any DT, so they may differ from your real results.
Attention: the Test Points are not to be confused with the Car character points, which are the real Auto points, but which you will get only after 3 GPs and after they have passed through the appropriate Development and Research.
